Delivery Lead Time

Orders with shippng address in Peninsular Malaysia will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Customers should expect  their order to reach them within 4-7 working days. 

Stock Availability

Our inventory is ratherdynamic and our warehouse is serving the online sales, distribution to retailsales, and most importantly servicing direct orders from schools. As such it isneither possible nor practical to indicate the availability of the stock on thepage itself.

The delivery timingabove applies only when stocks are available.

Order Processing andDelivery Process

Once we received yourorder, we will send the sales order back to you within 2 working days. In thesales order, we will advise you the following;

  • ·         The stock availability of your order
  • ·         The delivery lead time for your order
  • ·         The waiting time if you wish to wait for new stock to arrive
  • ·         Any additional delivery or shipping charges  
  • ·         The payment mode
  • ·         The delivery mode.

 You are requiredto confirm the sales order. The delivery process will only take place afterthis confirmation.

Delivery Mode

We used third partycourier or Delivery Company to make the delivery.  Hence it is notpossible to determine the exact timeframe for the delivery.
